Peacebuilding and reconciliation require physical safety, economic and social justice. Further, it requires not only bringing people together to create a shared understanding but to succeed. The foundation appreciates that the community first needs to have their immediate physical needs sufficiently met to be able to be open enough to the peace and reconciliation process. This can be achieved by regular community integration forums and gatherings sponsored by the foundation.
